Tattoo shop and costs

I am planning to make a tattoo and also recommended it for a friend of mine. Which tattoo shop can You recommend me? Can be in Bangkok or, anywhere in Thailand if you know. Also what are the general costs for a one colored and multi colored ones? I plan to make a medium sized on on my upper arms.\

Reminds me of the Scottish chap that asked a tattoo artist (in Phuket?) to do the Scottish thistle and "Scotland the Brave" underneath across his back.

The artist didn't know the national flower of Scotland, so the chap sketched it for him, and upon seeing the sketch, the artists said with a pleased smile, "Ahhh! Yes, I know, I can do."

About an hour later the Scotsman walked out of the tattoo studio with a lovely pennant of "Scotland the Brave", above which was a beautifully rendered picture of a pineapple.
