It looks very ominous regarding the whole tuna but especially the passengers side I hope that was not how it appears, but it hit a light pole or tree it seems traveling rather quickly, the obvious question is was any one seriously injured or worse?

been driving for a week or so, no problems, but a bit nervous when a passenger.

not checked anything but from first glance, seats, engine block & some ancillary parts, internal door covers, radio, drive shaft, auto gear box, rear axle, 2 or 3 wheels, electrics.

Very odd that you are in a position to sell this wreck if you had had it insured.  Surely your insurance company would now own this vehicle after they paid out the insured amount as judging by the visible damage it would clearly be written off by them.  Shouldn't they be the ones to sell it and therefore have the worry about where to dispose of it? 

 

Maybe you bought the wreck from the insurance company but why would you do that if you do not know how to dispose of it?

I guess it's not really necessary to ask what caused you to crash at 4:30am just glad to see that no others were hurt either. So it was a pole you hit? And no seat belts either? Leaves me speechless..

Correct and I'm not denying I had a drink that evening, however I'm not convinced that was it.

 

What are the reason(s) blood pressure would be 50 / 30 ? I know internal bleeding is one but they checked me for that and there was none.

Well this is the excuse of the preponderance of people that drink, one reason videoing stops was instituted, they've no idea what the level of impairment is/was, because they can't see themselves in a mirror while influenced and make a comparison, but there is never ANY doubt that ANY level of impairment is a problem while driving, and then you factor in late night and being tired and there you have it.. Lucky for your unborn children too, hopefully you'll see this as a fateful event and take a new tact since you now have 2 new responsibilities soon to be depending on you (honestly they were already before this incident, pretty selfish, shortsighted stuff on your part), The reason so many Asian women prefer foreigners is because as a rule they're more responsible and take their family and personal responsibilities more seriously then say Thai men do for example, don't prove them wrong. Might be time to make some changes, you got a second chance.. I always say nothing good ever happens after midnight when you're not in bed, stay home and take care of your family, should have already had that mind set.

FYI did you know alcohol and Viagra can cause a sudden dangerous drop in blood pressure? Just food for thought, you know the answer to the premise.

No I didn't know Viagra and alcohol can cause a loss of pressure,  I hadn't taken Viagra that night.

 

FACT: regardless the amount of alcohol one can consume, blood pressure of 50 over 30 its extremely unlikely anybody can be consciousness.

There are other drugs interactions with several meds that can have that same effect in concert with Viagra, and it doesn't necessarily have to be while in use as Viagra stays in the system for up to 48 hours, some people get continued spontaneous erections for at least that long so at any point it's also possible to get a reaction that suddenly drops the blood pressure..

But suffice it to say alcohol and Viagra are contraindications to each other so there is bound to be an adverse reaction.

Viagra nor any other drug was taken with my knowledge.

 

What could be the cause of Hypotension or blood pressure 50 over 30 ?

 

Normally I have stable blood pressure 110 over 80.

i) I drank too much too quickly, which caused me to pass out.  The crash itself has caused the low blood pressure, maybe by crushing or swelling of  my heart and its surrounding arteries, ie. the low blood pressure

 

ii) the low blood pressure was there prior to the crash, had caused me to pass out, hence the accident. 

 

I have not yet covered / pondered any other reasons ?
