July 13, 201412 yr Our hotel staff have agreements with local recyclers who come and collect, weigh and pay every couple of months. The money is then put into a central bank account which is used for social payments in case of difficulties amongst staff. The price your BIL is prepared to pay will be all important..... as will be finding new clients in an already busy ( if not to capacity) market.

Just thought Id post it here to see if I could help him wirh any foreign contacts.
