Another research paper regarding using ultrasound to clean vegetables. This was carried out in thailand 2 years ago and checked the difference between washing vegetables with and without ultrasound. The vegetables used were coriander, kale, yard long bean and red chili. The conclusin was that ultrasonic cleaning proved to be much more efficient than cleaning by soaking in water.

Don't forget that Organic food in many places is less regulated and contains more pesticides and unhealthy substances (just natural ones...)

Also nothing wrong with GMO.

In conclusion, in most countries, GMO non-organic food is, in my mind, better in all ways?

In the Big Market on SCC, there used to be a guy selling his hydroponics fruit and veges. I went to his placed (tucked up behind a road near to SP5. nicest fruit and veg I had here except he's left that market now, and I can't find him, and he's never at the farm if I remember to stop by.

Will update if I find him again.
