stevepompey
Hello everyone, I have a one year non-b visa- can this be transferred to a new employer or does the process have to start again? Steve
ubonjoe
If you have a valid multiple entry non-b visa from an embassy or consulate you will need to do nothing other than get a new work permit. If you are on an extension of stay (it is not a visa) based upon working you got at immigration it will be invalid on the date you stop working for your current emloyer. If your new employer can get you a new work permit by the date you stop working you could apply for an new extension on the day your job ends.
