For current prices of all the courses around Pattaya see here - http://www.pattayasports.org/golf/ and go to Monthly golf fees/rates on the bottom right. Another link on that page will show you which groups are playing where and when. Remember you need to add transport to get to the course which varies by bar/group - normally 200-400 Some of the bars will rent clubs and you could get away with wearing trainers if you had to......
