Windows 11 HOME/PRO, & Chinese WORD input
Just download a copy of Windows 11 Pro and install it. Licenses on Lazada are dirt cheap. I'd personally would never use a pre-loaded version of any OS because you honestly have no idea what is running in the background hoovering up your personal information. -

An Idiots Guide to the Retirement Extension process at Samui Immigration Office
If it helps anyone, here are the latest requirements for Marriage extension at Samui Immigration. And...yes papers should be submitted in same order as the list. Method of applying same as mentioned earlier for retirement extension except you keep your passport and have to go back one month later for the stamp. Also of course for the marriage extension there will be a visit to your home by officials soon after your application. Edit - sorry for poor quality reproduction, best I could do. -

Tm30-new passport
No idea what is meant by 'things being how they are' and 'what the situation is NOW'. It's your local IO in the Province where you register as residing that will process/approve a TM30 or 90 day report. Provided you update your office with any changes, such as a new passport, then you won't have any problems. In the case of a new passport, they will transfer the stamps from the old passport and change the details on their system. -

Report Thailand Chooses Swedish Gripen Jets Over US F-16s
Don't understand your post. Gripen is a modern aircraft and not available on the second hand market. Countries that buy Gripen don't do it to sell it again. They will stay in their air forces for 20 years, maybe longer. We are not talking car deals here. There is also a lease option. How much would Thailand sell their F-16 for? The only thing that old F-16's are good for is as a gift to Ukraine. But, since you obviously have done the calculation, please do enlighten us.
