Details:

Applied tourist in 2011, Came into thailand and changed to NonB

worked till July 13

Changed my job, but continued on previous employers Visa till expiry (had to forfeit my security deposit for them not to cancel my Visa and WP)

Now back in home country, do not have WP3,

Can i get a tourist visa and get into the Kingdom and let them process it like 3 years ago,

P.S. never had back to back tourists

always all 90D reports on time and all taxes paid,

Asking a question here as I was told at my new employers that the Tourist to Non B conversions happens only the first time ever you come to Thailand and not subsequently,

Thanks in advance for your comments and advise,

Conversion is possible, but why don't you apply for a non-B visa in your home country with paperwork from the company.

Outside the region a WP3 form is normally not required. Letter and contract should do it. Inform at the Thai consulate, or have the company email them.
