Da-vinci restaurant Jomtien

Featured Replies

Has any one been to the Davinci Restaurant in Jomtien yet...when we come to Pattaya we stay at the Royal Cliff and eat there aswell as Cafe Des Amis(our favourite) and Bruno's among others, this new restaurant sounds very nice but sounds a bit expensive in our opinion but dont mind the cost if its exceptional!...would be interested to hear the views of any of you that may have been...

Had a meal in there a couple of weeks ago, they have an outside and an inside menu with higher prices for the inside menu and more reasonable ones for sitting outside.

I chose to sit outside when they pointed to the huge portable AC units they have on the balcony. Very nice and very cool.

we were a party of 3 - sat inside - it is very pleasant and very nice décor - prices are steep but ok - they have an Italian Chef - food was good - great wine selection at affordable prices

Ate their during their soft opening, very pricey, food very good but not for the price. I understand they have new staff with good English skills.

I went to the opening also. Tasty food but silly prices.

And such a bizarre location for a "champagne class" establishment; bang opposite a wet market/bar area so customers on the terrace get a nice whiff of eau de sewer with their Dom Perignon. It should be down Beach Rd somewhere, or maybe Pratumnak, or even up by the News/Frasers/Indian by Nature.

I expect it will close soon, unless the owner has very deep pockets to finance his toy.
