So anyway, now that the authorities have caught him, he will be going straight to prison to serve his sentence for murder, right???

And look on the bright side, if he's walking around on his knees, he won't need to bend over to pick up the cunningly dropped soap, although he probably will anyway.

The old thread you are quoting was misinformation, and the TVF member who claimed a murder conviction was banned. Look at the first posters' icon, you clueless group thinking mobs.

It wasn't misinformation.

A Chiang Mai Court in April sentenced five men, including Mr Niyom, to 20 years in jail for the murder of the father of a key member of the Yellow Shirt People's Alliance for Democracy.

Mr Niyom had jumped bail, and disappeared, but apparently changed his mind and reported to the authorities on Thursday, and was allowed to return home.

I'm surprised no apology was forthcoming to TVF members after his arrogant and rather insulting stance yesterday that this red DJ was a wonderful, peaceful chappy, and that the forumers were lying, clueless etc etc as regards his murder conviction and 20 year sentence. Some people just do not care about their credibility. I will remember that poster, and treat his nonsense with the contempt it deserves in future.

Other than being an elitist Thaksin lickspittle in an era when they were "above the law", is there any valid reason why this violent red was not made to serve his sentence? Chopping an old man's arm off with a machete after dragging him from his car, and then shooting him dead.  It was the reds utter erosion of justice that led to conditions where a coup was the only answer to restore hope.

It never ceases to amaze me how many experts there are on Thaivisa.  The countries they left behind must be suffering from such a brain drain. wai.gif width=20 alt=wai.gif>

Perhaps some of our former-countries have a good education-system, and thus a surplus of intelligent balanced people, so can afford to spare a few ?

Obviously including present company ! rolleyes.gifwai2.gif

You clearly cannot provide any links to these nonexistent International Press Stories because...it is fiction

Those links having been provided yesterday, wouldn't you now agree that it's not fiction, after all ?

Let us be honest  certainly a number of those ardent rabid supporters of the Shinwatra clan and the Red  Shirts from assorted countries and colonies indeed make the late ''Chopper Read '' seem extremely sophisticated , peaceful and erudite as well as being able to understand and accept the truth as the greater majority see it..

Reported in the BKK Post this morning that at least 20 shots were fired at his house (20 empty 7.62 cases picked up) with them sprayed around, he was hit in the arm and leg, note bandage on right arm in photo of OP.

Speculation is that it was because of a dispute with a rival red group.

Considering his murderous past it could have been a dispute with any number of people. Someone demanding justice, perhaps ?  whistling.gif

@ siampolee - The late "Chopper' would roll in his grave if he thought someone compared him to the scum from the ThaiRouge.

And a big thanks to jaidam for exposing that red for the vile animal he really is, and for shaming the annoying poster who defended this criminal.

Wonder if he will have the guts to post again after that massive loss of face ?  cheesy.gif

It will be interesting to see if our current Dear Leader's super-efficient investigators can find the perpetrators of this crime as quickly as they can uncover the wrongs of Shin-affiliated persons.

Why would the General  (Dear Leader is such a stupid and inane term) waste his time on this lowlife scumbag ?  If anything he should be making sure he is locked up never to see light of day again.

Further, this is the second attack on his home.  The first attack was reported in Thailand news in June 2011.  http://www.thailandnews.co/category/chiang-mai/page/22/

As I said before, the red haters are slightly funnier than the red lovers -- the pseudo self-righteous attitude lets you have selective memory, posit fictional histories you tell each other, and any comment you don't like creates a name calling spree that makes Gerbils look like an ad rep for McDonald's.  This is HILARIOUS -- posters saying he should be buggered, beaten, maimed and worse, just because they WANTED to believe what they read, and then went on to accuse the Big bad Guy of trying to silence him because he 'knows too much'...all based on pure fiction.

I will treasure this whole thread.

Worse, the man split from the main Reds because they were becoming violent.  And you meatballs roll off the plate patting each other on the back for baseless accusations, and then even fantasized about punishments for his imaginary crime.

Really, do any of you 'team players' realize there is no team.  You do not even qualify to lose.

You are buying what they are selling.  Thaksin is a symptom, a bad one, and nothing is being done to treat the illness.  He has disillusioned the people he was supposed to be helping, but even when he is gone they will still have legitimate grievances.

Are you treasuring this thread as much as you said? Somehow I doubt it.

What I would like you to tell us all, is why. Why you said this red split from the main reds "because they were becoming violent"? Why the miss-direction?

Who told you this, did you just make it up?? Your credibility has been truly shot over your brazen miss-truths, perhaps you would like to explain.
