I am sorry if this has been asked before, but I was unable to find the answer.

Hubby & I received an O-A Visa Multiple (retired) in August 2013 and have just re-entered after a trip home. The visa states entry by 5 August 2014. On our return we received a stamp stating visa class O-A, admitted until 17 July 2015. My question is, does the Multiple Entry stand or de we need to get another multiple entry, and other than our 90 day reporting is there anything else we need to do?

I am afraid I find this all rather confusing, perhaps old age is wreaking havoc with my brain. ?

Thanks in advance for any assistance.

Each time you enter with an O-A visa you wiull get one year permission to stay. If you want to exit and reenter after the actual visa expires on 5 Aug 2014 you need to purchase a re-entry permit to keep your permission to stay "alive'. Basically you can get 2 years with a one year O-A visa if used ciorrectly.
