Overstay 3 years leave tomorrow morning and return next month?

Featured Replies

Is this possible? I want to fix my visa situation and return to life as normal. Would think this is fine given the blacklisting hasn't started yet. Thanks!

And then offshore workers who do 5 visa exempt entries, perfectly legal, into the coutnry are worried? 3 years overstay what were you thinking?

But yeah you could leave the country and get a visa whichever one suits you. Don't wait, do it now.

If it is started or not. You should go man!!! It will not get better only more worse. If you get banned but have wife or kids here I am sure you can have things sorted out by contacting MOFA from outside thailand and try to explain your situation and hopefully get a pardon or a shorter ban.

But doing nothing will make things more worse...

Do it! Fix the problem now. Don't overthink it. The sooner you take care of it the easier it will be.

As all earlier Poster advise, the situation can only get worse.

Good luck and let us know how you make out.

Go now the sooner you are back in (and don't overstay again).

Go now & maybe yes, leave it longer & for sure you banned on return.

Just be glad get out & if no ban then it a big bonus. Sticking around wil just meen a ban for sure & possibly time in IDC plus a worse ban.
