could'nt help noticing a lot of the street vendors in nana selling viagra cant help wondering if it is fake, is it illegal to sell like that, and no im not going to buy some and try it out before anyone suggest the idea.

Yes it is illegal. Viagra is only legal with a prescription and filled at a pharmacy.

Of course it's fake, that's not to say it won't work though but you would be better going to a pharmacy. I wouldn't buy anything off some random market stall.

Illegal and fake. Buy it from a pharmacy. It's still illegal without a prescription but at least you'll get the real thing.
