Old Croc
Legendry English cricketing fast bowler Fred Trueman has passed away at the age of 75. He had been suffering from lung cancer. He was the first bowler in the world to pass 300 test wickets finishing on a then world record of 307. This is still the third highest tally for England. ProfessorFart
Very sad news indeed. A class act on the pitch (so says my dad - its hard to tell from just that scratchy black and white footage they always show of him!) and off it. He also did a lot for cricket in the region particulaly in Malaysia where he would spend a month each winter helping to preach the gospel of cricket to the youth of Malaysia.
