Greek Badger Cheese

Apparently according to a prominent member, it has a very distinct taste, and is worth trying.

Anyone know where this delicacy can be found? Any reviews of said product?

says there is no word for badger in greek so it seems it will be a bit hard to find.

Not that our group member would ever stoop to selling us non existing products.

It think I may have to start a topic reporting this scam.

Thanks Harry, Mr Soutpeel made reference to it, and Costas has been jabbering on about it in other threads.

Harry I don't know where you are finding these obscure documents but a Badger is a mammal right? It's got tits right? Tits make milk, milk makes cheese.

It's a very sought after delicacy consumed in Ancient Greece while the Romans were busy eating larks tongues.

Why does it have to be Greek?

What is wrong with Somerset Badger Cheese

DEFRA is planning to sell unpasteurised milk from Vending Machines so maybe they could pop in a Cheese shelf too...of course with a "Warning: This is a Natural Product and may contain Mycobacterium tuberculosis"

Somerset? Which particular dairy is producing it? Is it Wyke Farms? They always had a good range

Thank you so much mrtoad for opening this very important thread.

I am feeling soooo frustrated not knowing about badger cheese and where to buy it.

Mr Soutpeel, has been so evasive on this important subject

Just throws suggestions and then avoids any more elaboration.

Mr Harrrrrrrrry on the other hand gives us irrelevant links, just to waste our precious time.

As about Mr ATF, I recommend he takes some Greek lessons, I can oblige if he so wishes, so he can understand me in the future.

Ahhhh but does it meet EU food and heath standards..and is it accompanied by a 175 page Health and safety usage manual in 65 languages?

Greek badger cheese (or Greek badger's milk cheese as it is correctly called) is very strong and also pungent, so it is suggested that this cheese is served on a Ritz cracker as an amuse bouche.

I once had the pleasure of partaking in the tasting of this delightful and mouth watering ambrosia.

I would thoroughly recommend trying this cheese but do be aware that it is slightly runny and very pungent, so if it is not properly stored it will attract certain clawed rodents.

Tony, do you know of any stores that stock this "mouth watering ambrosia?"

Didn't Chef Gordon Ramsey open up a badger's cheese emporium that was shaped like a gigantic TGAU on lower Sukhumwit, or was that a strange dream that I had?

I think that might have been Chef Claude Gerben?

North or South of China?

Somerset is in The Westcountry, the home of Cider , The Wurzles and Cheddar Cheese.

Lots of Badgers there as well, including nearby Dorset the home of Badger Beer

Mopre to the point where is Northen Greece....I thought that was Macedonia,

Even more to the point, what's a Grecian urn?

Does it store Costas' marbles?

I thought grecian urns were rather large....

I also thought Costas said he had lost his marbles.

Mopre to the point where is Northen Greece....I thought that was Macedonia,

You are trying...........but I will not give in this time.............

Dr Will, strongly advices me not to get angry.

Costas, you keep referring to the great Dr. Will but if you had not bought the copy TGAU from that stall on Sukhumwit you would not need to see this specialist doctor.

Also, please note that for safety purposes Dr. Will recommends using a GERU in tandem with the TGAU.

The new TGAU will have a built in GERU, making the new TGAU the safest (and best) available on the market (but not from a market stall).

Oh come on lads, I lined this one up for you:

Q. What's a Grecian urn?

A. About 200 quid a week.

Boom boom.
