I was charged 22000baht,had major spinal surgery,had all of the correct documents ,medically unfit to travel visa,bank book plus letter from bank etc etc.used lawyer nearby my apartment as unable to travel on motorbike taxi's etc.no proper invoices given for breakdown costs.just basic receipts.think ive been taken advantage of due to my current medical condition.any non critical advice on this would be greatly appreciated

You don't actually change the visa. unless you go to a consulate and get a new one.

I think You just change the reason for the extension. 1900 baht.
