PATTAYA:--A new initiative spearheaded by Region 2 Police to combat the use and sale of drugs in villages around the region, was launched in a small village in the Northern outskirts of Pattaya on Sunday afternoon.

Police Major General Sanit, the Region 2 Police Commissioner, visited the Neun Gabok Village in Takiendier sub-district to launch the “White House Project” which aims to reward homes that are declared drug-free every 15 days with a sticker placed on the front of the house.

Random drug tests and searches will take place at the village and other locations in the future and it is hoped that by placing the stickers at the front of the houses, the occupants will be proud of their achievement and will inspire them to work with the local community

make a sign, make a sticker, make a billboard; and then, forgetaboutit...

it is hoped that by placing the stickers at the front of the houses, the occupants will be proud of their achievement and will inspire them to work with the local community. Or maybe it will single them out for attack by vigilantes.
