Right now, i'm still using my old visa from my previous school. I didn't have it cut yet because I was waiting for my new contract w/c they only gave me yesterday.

The contract alone is not going to do it, you would need aditional paperwork.

You shoul apply for a non-B visa with paprwork from the new e,ployer. If for a teacher, a WP application is not required at the consulate. Do it quickly, as currently you seem to be in the coutnry on an overstay.

They should, especially if you have a letter that states your contract will be extended.

If you work and have a work eprmit, you can extend your stay at immigration and don't need to go abroad for a new visa.

Not sure how much time left they require on the WP. The contract should not be the issue and the letter from your school should indicate you will get a new contract after this one ends.

Yes, and you need to cancel your work permit.

I had my 90 days show up last week and I declared that I was still in my previous school. But my last day was March 30. Are they going to charge me with penalty?

If on an extension of stay, that ends on the last day of employment and any day you stay longer means an overstay of 500 baht a day, with a maximum of 20,000 baht.
