telstrareg Posted August 4, 2014 Share Posted August 4, 2014 I made a couple of transactions early in 2013 for which the paperwork I usually keep has vanished. I need to find out the account name and numbers for these transactions. Neither the bank book nor the online records contain this information. The branches said they couldn't help and told me to contact the call centre. The call centre was able to give me the name and contact details for the branch. When I ring the branch they tell me that if I want the information, I have to show up in person. The problem is the branch is in Bangkok and I'm Chiang Mai. I asked if I could fax copies of passport, bank book etc - no go. I asked if I could send a representative - no go. Has anyone been in this situation and found a way around?
