I had a 30 day voa then extended for 60 days with the visiting family route.

Can i or can't i now exit the Country at a land border and return the same day for a further 30 day voa and will they then let me extend for another 60 days at Jomtien

I need to be out by the 25th August so do i need to be planning something else??

I think you got a 30 day visa exempt entry not a VOA.

How many entries have you done? If it is only your 2nd you should not have a problem.

You should not have a problem with only one and the your planned one separated by a 60 day extension.

You could get a non-o visa which would be better than doing visa exempt entries if you plan on staying for a while.
