Story starts off being laudable as far as actually going after moving violations. Fled police stations? (comment deleted by moderator as defamatory) Meanwhile, brought to mind story of shooting out tires of that misidentified girl in Toyota. Not expensive enough. A bullet in thigh might slow them down....

The man who fled was parked nearby and was a friend of the one detained and was not himself being detained at the time. It was only during the time they decided to check all the cars of everyone that he slipped away.

Did he get third degree or second degree confusing? Hell just shoot him next time then no repeat offendors

Cancel the drivers licence, confiscate and publicly burn the car. If he is caught badly driving again or without licence, publicly burn the next car. Maybe then the kid or his rich parents will get the message.

 

The only beneficiary will be the scrap metal merchants.
