WITHOUT VISA

Hello,

Anyone know how long after we can go back thailand with a without visa  30 days or how many wit out visa we ca have. Because I back in Thailand every 30days. I work one month and one month leave. Is it possible to return without problems? or I have to go through a tourist visa.

Under the guidelines that immigration is using you do not fit the profile of a in/out visa runner. So you should not have a problem.

But they may question you as to what your are doing. The might want to see a ticket out within the 30 days and possibly some financial proof. If you had the equivalent of 10k baht with you that would be good also.

ok thanks for reply, for money i have an account in thai since 4 year, and my compagny pay for ticket go and back every mouth, i working in africa and come only for hollidays and see my girlfriend. Do you know how long u need to go ouside thai for no prblem? cdt

The guidelines don't set a time out but your 30 days out is certainly not immediately.

1.2.2  The alien must not enter the Kingdom by exploiting 30-day visa exemptions undertaking method “in-out” or called by foreigners as “Visa run”. Aliens use the advantage of Tourist Visa Exemption by leaving Thailand and returning immediately for the purpose of extending their stay, which is considered from the tourism point of view to be longer than necessary and not in line with the purpose permitted while entering country.
