Buying LTF with Credit Card

Recommended Posts

Are you talking about Long Term Equity Funds?

Wouldn't you get a more reliable answer from the bank and credit card issuer? I would guess buying equity funds directly on a credit card might run into a problem. Most likely you'd be asked to take a cash advance and use the cash to pay into the funds.

But the only way you're going to get an answer to your questions that would be more than speculative is by asking Bangkok Bank if they'd let you use a credit card or if they'd want cash.

I expect any LTF you can possibly purchase with a credit card will be treated as a credit card "cash advance" which almost always comes with around a 3% upfront cash advance fee and then the daily interest rate of XX% start ticking just as soon as you get the cash advance.
