I got a NON-IMM "O-A" Multi Visa from Europe when I came To Thailand last year base on married and also retired as I'm 60 years old, my visa was delivered on the 9th October 2013 and expire 8th October 2014. When I enter Thailand on the 14th Oct. 2013 my passeport was stamp until 13th Oct. 2014, I have been doing my 3 months report to Police Station as required as in my town doesn't have Immigration Ofiice on this side all ok. I had to leave Thailand on the 24th of June 2014 and I went to see the Immigration Office at the airport about my visa when I come back if I have to apply for a  new  one in Europe or will have to go to Immigration in Sakon Nakhon to make a new extension, it was confirmed by the Immigration at the airport  that if I come back before the 8th Oct. 2014 I will be getting an additional 1 year stamp until 6th Oct. 2015, I will be back on the 7th Oct. 2014 can anyone confirmed that please. Thanks in advance.

As long as you enter the country prior to Oct. 8th you will get another one year entry.

After the 8th you will need to get a re-entry permit to keep that permit to stay date valid if you want to travel.

He can enter up to midnight on the 8th and still get the one year. I always say before to make sure somebody gets in by the last day.

I will be in Thailand on the 7th Oct. at around 1 pm and I have A-O visa. I'm most grateful, thanks for your time and prompt answers.

So it means that I don't have to go to the Immigration Office in Skan Nakhon to make visa extension until next year, just normal report to Police Station every

3 months?

You will not need to do an extension until next year. Just be sure you get a re-entry permit before you leave the country.

You will continue to make your 90 day reports.

Please be aware that if you miss your deadline and re-enter after midnight on Oct. 8 you will need to get a 30-day visa exempt stamp and start the conversion and then extension process all over again. You'll still be able to enter the country though.
