Twelve schools in the deep south will teach Thai-Malayu bi-lingual courses

Sixty teachers from 12 schools in Yala, Pattani and Narathiwat observed the teaching and learning methods at a Thai-Chinese bilingual school in Yala’s Betong district yesterday to use them as examples in running their Thai-Malayu bilingual programmes.

The teachers gathered information about learning lessons and , education tools and observed the teaching and learning of bi-lingual courses in class at Jongfa (จงฝา) Foundation School.

These 12 schools in the three southern border provinces have been selected to provide Thai-Malayu bi-lingual education services under a pilot project.
