Help With Options For Extension Under Current Circumstance

Featured Replies

Hello;

At present I have a type O visa. This will expire today.

I normally keep over 400,000 baht in the bank; however I used a good portion to help build a house for my wive's Thai family, and have nearly emptied my account used for visa extensions.

I work from home giving private lessons and subcontract with some Thai English companies that don't ask about a degree as long as I show my Tofl certificate. I recently signed up at a local University to earn my BA to help with work and doing things correctly in the future, but the problem remains what I should do at the moment under my given circumstances.

I understand that the problem being faced by me currently is of my own doing through choices I made, however it's a bit too late for "why did I do that?" LOL.

I would appreciate any immediate advice as how I should go about extended my visa until I can grow my bank account statement back to the 400,000 baht needed for a yearly O visa, and before I run up too much in late fines.

Kind Regards Jack

Maybe you‘ve to tray out in Penang or an other place to get a one year multiple „O“ visa.

After change it in a visa for work permit.

Sign up for a degree course in 'common sense" :o

Naka.

:o Love it !!!!

If by the above you mean that your permission to stay expires today, unless you leave the Kingdom today you will be on overstay.

If so, ways of extending your visa do not even come into the equation at this time, if at all...
