Flying in one-way Korean Air on Multi-entry Student Visa U.S. Passport

Featured Replies

Hello out there,

I have been in the States after leaving Thailand in April 2014 on a multi-entry ed visa. My expiration for my last re-entry is October 23 2014 so I am flying back in before that date to activate my last 90 days. I am looking to buy a one-way ticket on Korean Air but I am not sure I will be required to have a return ticket by Thai immigration. My trusted source in Chiang Mai has told me he has not seen that requirement for anyone returning on my type of visa. I am hoping not to have to buy one back as I am trying to get my retirement visa started there.

Thanks to you guys out there for your knowledge of the ins and outs of the Immigration tangle.

No need for return ticket with a visa.
