nice rooms on the darkside

Featured Replies

A friend who is not very computer literate asked me if i could ask this ,he wants to rent a room on the darkside ,koa talow ,koh noi ect about 7k a month ,any ideas would be helpfull ,then we can take him around to look at them ,he would like a small balcolny as he does smoke ,near to local bars ,any help appreciated, thanks.

Nothing nice over there mate. You are among the lower income Thai's and for the most part, drunken farangs. At 7000baht he might actually find a house but that will require longer term rental and transportation. Since you mention "bars" that of course doesn't mix well with driving home. Overall, suggest he either lower his expectations or room quality or quit drinking.

I stayed at PhuriBuri resort for a few months a while back. Fairly basic setup but it was clean and quiet. cost is 7k per month.

Located on Soi NernPlubWan across the soi from the market at the railroad crossing (enter next to the 7/11).
