The last time I recieved my 90 day report by mail there was just a slip when to report next and not the copy of passport and visa. So, I sent in the next report like this and receieved a note to send a copy of passport and visa ,which I did. I just received my slip and again no cpies but only the slip.

Does this mean that you must copy the pages everytime to send to them as in the past they always sent back the copies in the envelope.

Apparently you will need to make new copies every time now.

My last report a couple of months ago the same thing happened, I am not for sure why. The reports copies before were returned but this time I received just the slip the same as the OP. I do not know if they changed the policy or if it is just a random thing that depends on the officer that opens your package.
