If you have a visa a return or onward ticket is not required.

Thats what i thought also, if you can show them a business visa...then why do you need a return ticket.
I asked the same qeustions at the embassy here in Holland but they (still) not reply my mail.

You can get another visa if you qualify.

Are you aware your visa requires you to leave every 90 days?

So even when i have a one year business visa i need to extend it every 90 days?

A abusive post and re-post of it questioning moderation have been removed. Post made remarks that appeared to question the intelligence of the OP.

A multiple entry non-b visa only gives 90 day entries for a year. It dose not allow you stay for one year. You will have to leave the country after each of those 90 days to get a new entry.

Ok, so then after 90days i go to Laos or Cambodia to get another 90 days.
On the 21st of June i went to Cambodia to get 60 days but that wasnt allowed.
At immigration Jomtien they give me 7 days.

Another post questioning moderation removed, the ice is getting mighty thin!

"I don't want to know why you can't. I want to know how you can!"

You got a 7 day extension of a Visa Exemption presumably.

Assuming it was a 60 day Tourist Visa you were hoping to get in Cambodia, what were the reasons for the refusal?

You should not have a problem doing your 90 day entries but you may be asked for a work permit and then you will have to explain what you are doing here since you will not have one.

You apparently got caught up in the initial phase of the "crack down" in June when they were turning almost everybody back that is not happening now.

Yes it was at crack down day.

First i had a non-b visa for 90 days.
In these 90 days i had to registrate 4 thai people to get my work permit going.
I did not find those thai people in 90 days.
Thats why they refused me i think.

I also have 4 over stay stamps in my pasport all not longer then 3 days a stamp.
Is that a problem.

Your overstays will not be a problem.
