August 17, 201411 yr I have a qeustion, i will enter Thailand with a one year business visa with multiple entry...do i need to show the airport Amsterdam a return ticket or is a one way flight ticket enough? Richard from The Netherlands
August 17, 201411 yr Author I will enter Bkk airport and stay in Pattaya, after one year i will get another one year...wright?
August 17, 201411 yr Author Thats what i thought also, if you can show them a business visa...then why do you need a return ticket. I asked the same qeustions at the embassy here in Holland but they (still) not reply my mail.
August 17, 201411 yr You can get another visa if you qualify. Are you aware your visa requires you to leave every 90 days?
August 17, 201411 yr Author So even when i have a one year business visa i need to extend it every 90 days?
August 17, 201411 yr A abusive post and re-post of it questioning moderation have been removed. Post made remarks that appeared to question the intelligence of the OP.
August 17, 201411 yr So even when i have a one year business visa i need to extend it every 90 days? A multiple entry non-b visa only gives 90 day entries for a year. It dose not allow you stay for one year. You will have to leave the country after each of those 90 days to get a new entry.
August 17, 201411 yr Author Ok, so then after 90days i go to Laos or Cambodia to get another 90 days. On the 21st of June i went to Cambodia to get 60 days but that wasnt allowed. At immigration Jomtien they give me 7 days.
August 17, 201411 yr Another post questioning moderation removed, the ice is getting mighty thin! "I don't want to know why you can't. I want to know how you can!"
August 17, 201411 yr Ok, so then after 90days i go to Laos or Cambodia to get another 90 days. On the 21st of June i went to Cambodia to get 60 days but that wasnt allowed. At immigration Jomtien they give me 7 days. You got a 7 day extension of a Visa Exemption presumably. Assuming it was a 60 day Tourist Visa you were hoping to get in Cambodia, what were the reasons for the refusal? "I don't want to know why you can't. I want to know how you can!"
August 17, 201411 yr You should not have a problem doing your 90 day entries but you may be asked for a work permit and then you will have to explain what you are doing here since you will not have one. You apparently got caught up in the initial phase of the "crack down" in June when they were turning almost everybody back that is not happening now.
August 17, 201411 yr Author First i had a non-b visa for 90 days. In these 90 days i had to registrate 4 thai people to get my work permit going. I did not find those thai people in 90 days. Thats why they refused me i think.
August 17, 201411 yr Author I also have 4 over stay stamps in my pasport all not longer then 3 days a stamp. Is that a problem.
