Visa Contingency For Those With Pending Court Cases

I understand there is a waiver for those who have court cases pending, 'but the party pursuing such legal case must not protract the process ( ) in order to stay in the country'. Or words to that effect.

If memory serves, this stipulation was included in a list of Imm docs (in Thai with English translations) recently uploaded here a week or so ago. Would someone be so kind as to point me to the relevant doc. I have searched for it, but with this particular forum now in overload mode, it's been buried too deep.Thankyou.

This is the new police order, not in effect till 29th but there is little diffrence between the current and the new in ths regard. Only the part that it must not be to prolong staying in Thailand is added.
