I got a non b visa 3 months ago and after that a work permit.

But I haven't had enough time to find a factory for the business, hire 4 Thais staff ect...

I was told I could get a one year business visa, but only if I had 4 Thai staff and office set, witch I don't have yet.

So can I simply go back to Laos and get another non immigrant B and come back to Thailand with intact work permit?

Can I do these non B visa runs as long as it takes to establish the company properly?
