davoz45 Posted August 25, 2014 Share Posted August 25, 2014 Lodged a Family sponsored Tourist Visa for my Thai father in law. It was lodged in Australia and my wife was the sponsor. We Used Forms 1418 - his application form 1149 - Sponsors application form 956 - so she could act on his behalf.
