i hope you understand and take heed

TUESDAY AUG 28TH??????

do mean the 26th or Thursday the 28th

man oh man! wai2.gif

Tuesday the 28th August, eh? That should be Tuesday 26th. Or should it be Thursday 28th? The girl in the photo reminds me of a Russian stripper I once knew: Leva Vestoff.

I have heard of hatha yoga and astanga etc. Heck, i even know what a beef vindaloo is.

But, what is yoga peritivoo ??!!??

peritivoo is italian and means before diner?

today friday aug 29 again

530 pm free

this time centura pratumak soi 5

anyone up for this?

I wonder if this lady is the one I see every evening on Dongtan beach in the the Pattaya Park hotel area with a group of Russian women standing in a circle and making some very strange movements to the amazement of the locals. I'm sceptical of benefits of such activity. It would be much healthier for them just to have a power walk or a jog along the beach. Russians are however known to believe in all sorts of unproven exotic health remedies and practices (just see the number of Thai traditional medicine shops catering exclusively to Russians in Pattaya).

try it before you judge it?
