August 29, 201411 yr I am looking to buy an old style bicycle rickshaw to beef it up with e-bike motor and solar panel........ Have seen rickshaws in Hua Hin and Krabi,but cant find in Phuket.... Anybody knows??????????
August 29, 201411 yr Saleens aren't bad enough around here? You want to do WHAT? Thankfully I've never seen one in Phuket, hopefully it stays that way. I did see a lot of them up near Kanchanaburi years ago though.

Ebikes are VERY popular for tourists in Bagan, Myanmar for getting around ( your not allowed or rent motorcycles) $8/day There kinda cool but slow ( perfect for Bagan as its flat) and not sure they would handle the hills in Phuket.might be good for Hua Hin/Pattaya

August 30, 201411 yr Krabi is to small (not to mention few westerners) and the distance between Krabi town and Ao nang would not work for the bikes
