i own a garmin zumo 660, had lots of problems with it, locking up, recalculating for ages.. but now the sound completly went... there was some crackling for a while and i am wondering who and where to fix in Bangkok?

the unit is 1.5 yers, so no more warranty....

I've got a garmin 42 and there's an updated software available,I had similar problems as you. No charge,it was in warranty but their never asked for a receipt.

I took to Garmin in Sathorn Tower,easy to get to on the BTS.

Takes under a hour,good service.
