Any websites with available equip for rent and prices. I am considering shooting a few shorts in HDTV digital video.

Also, are there any theater companies in BKK, or amatuer filmmaking clubs or organizations along those lines. Are there any pla houses in BKK that I can scour for actors/actresses?

Just to let you know there is a huge film industry in Thaialand and there are literally dozens of film production studios, editing shops, equipment rental companies, talent agencies etc etc.

Many are owned/run by farangs and some of the commercial stuff is made to a very high standard - especially the advertising stuff. A lot of film makers come here from all over the region, and further afield to ustilise the equipment and talents that are available.
