Boatfreak.

Pm me with contact information as I'm back home again.

Bolt on another thousand. Your looking at 250k USD up.. Just rent a mansion at pattaya yacht club.

Buy a boat or a house? No brainer really, If I had the cash.

Sayonarax with the present situation in Thailand I would not buy anything that is not movable. When the junta will tell the last farangs to leave you will have to leave your mansion behind.

Did a similar thing with a twist here in Thailand.

Bought an apartment in condo. Right on the beach.

Beautiful almost 300 degree views.

Bought a tri (Multi 23), very fast and light.

Keep it on the hard sand and roll down for a run any time.

A day sailing gives me a reach of about 80 miles each way.

Sometimes keep it on anchor moored in front.

Big problem - health (lack of it). Getting problematic.

Sleep at 18th floor. See my boat and the islands.

Same money, different angle. But I understand your love of sails.

Good luck.

Actually Thai Gulf is ideal for this type of thing.

No waves, windy as hell, no hypothermia, fish, swim, beach, corals - the lot.
