Hello. I am from the UK, aged 46.

A few weeks back I applied for another (third) one-year extension based on marriage to a Thai. We have one child and another on the way.

I am due to return to CW Immigration on 22 September to receive the visa.

The thing is this date - 22 September - also clashes with a work opportunity in Jakarta. Can I go to Immigration a day or two before the scheduled date and still receive the visa, or must it be only on that date? Will immigration be accommodating if I appear, say on the 19th and ask for the visa?

Any advise will be gratefully received.

Thanks.

You could go in early to get the extension stamp if it has been approved. You could also call to see if has been approved,

Don't forget to get a re-entry permit after you get your stamp.
