We should register http://www.ais.co.th/ictfreewifi/ to get nationwide free WiFi from True, TOT and AIS.

Someone had success?

There are many ICT APs, but i can't access them with the given access datas.

So, is it working or is it only another Thaijoke?

Here in northern Thailand they place the Access Points near children's parks or free-exercise areas.

Once registered, sometimes the ICT FREE WiFi works but is very slow, other times it won't fulfill DHCP IP requests so nothing.

It works BUT you only get 30mins per day.
