We've taken our dog here a few times, but never went out back. What a big place. Even has a pool where they teach dogs to swim and for rehabilitation. A very big and well supplied pet store and very good customer service. Has a kennel and will do "doggie day care" also! LOL

Hi craigt3365 - we used them in the past but then had a very bad "customer service" and overall poor experience when a puppy had parvo. This was 3 years ago so maybe they have changed or we were just unlucky.......

Knew they did day care but not aware of the pool.
