What does this error message mean? Its asking me to reboot

I use to see such a message when I accidently hit the wrong button(s) on the STB. It just means you are not signed up for the PVR service nor have a hard drive connected to the STB to record. Now if you are signed up for PVR service and have a hard drive connected then I don't know.
