You can apply for another single entry ED visa in Vientiane without a problem.

    Schools are also being confused and do not get clear info … that is what I was told by OUR school.

    Well if they cant help you then all hope is lost, cause all you will get here is different people giving you different interputations of what the rules are.

    Two Thai embassies in Laos will do this or you can head to Penang, Malaysia.

    There is only the embassy in Vientiane and the consulate in Savannakhet.

    No country has 2 embassies in the same country,

    They can enter Malaysia but must get a visa and approval. "Israel citizen** who wish to enter are required Visa and approval from Ministry Of Home Affairs, Malaysia"
