Hi, British guy here.

Can I just go to the consulate and get it straight away, or do I need an appointment?

I have looked on their website and can't find much info

They do not issue 2 entry tourist visas at the consulate in HCMC only a single entry is issued there.

No appointment is needed to apply. Applications are accepted in the morning hours only.
