Relocating to Pattaya from Ho Chi Minh, just wondering where the Liverpool fans here watch the EPL ?

weatherspoons, soi bukow, not specifically an lfc bar but loads of screens showing all epl matches.

There are football matches shown in literally hundreds of bars and you're bound to find Liverpool fans in many of them, especially the more raucous ones off or on Beach Road, near sois 7 & 8. Plenty more round Walking St & Soi Bukaow. More dedicated sports bars are plentiful too. If you are going to be here for a decent period of time, you're bound to find the ones that suit you.

There were a lot of Thai Liverpool fans about toward the end of last season.

Judging by the start of this season, I think they will be looking to buying new fake shirts of whomever is top.

I doubt it Bertty. Thais have stuck with Liverpool as their favourite team since the days of Ian Rush. There have been some lean years for the Reds during that period.
