JOB DESCRIPTION

DIAKRIT is rapidly growing and expanding internationally and thus we need to strengthen our R&D team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a talented Frontend developer/programmer that wants to be part of an

innovative team that drives the development of products and services in the real estate industry.



The Frontend Web developer will work with our web based products being part of the product development

team using technologies such as HTML5 and JavaScript to improve existing products and invent new ones

that cater towards the real estate sector.


The position is based at the HQ in Bangkok, Thailand.


WORK TASKS

  • Build, design and deliver high quality, high volume, high availability and high performance solutions in line with guidance and best practices.
  • Daily liaison with the technical lead and design teams to ensure the definition, design and development of new features run smoothly.
  • To develop, test, release and document applications using best software engineering practices to ensure timely service delivery and ease of maintenance.
  • To provide technical advice to the content and design teams on new application concepts and to establish their feasibility through prototypes.
  • To collaborate effectively with other technical teams to exploit new technologies to enhance the applications and service infrastructure.
  • To keep abreast of developments in web development, design and technologies.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Highly proficient with HTML5, CSS3 with a strong focus on Responsive Web Design
  • Skilled at crafting modular and maintainable CSS
  • Experience building HTML/CSS solutions for mobile and desktop devices
  • Proficient in JavaScript with experience using JS libraries such as JQuery
  • Understanding of major browsers and browser development tools
  • Understanding of web accessibility issues and appropriate methods for testing these
  • Proficient in the design and execution effective functional tests.
  • Experience of supporting, modifying and maintaining systems and code developed by 3rd parties.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders and perform business analysis.
  • Good English skills both verbal and written.
