Just had Adobe Photoshop 7 downloaded ....but dont have a clue as to how to use it, is there a book, do I look on the actual HELP site, Adobe For Dummies maybe...any suggestions are truly welcome as would like to get into doing some artmaking with this program... Dukkha

Photoshop is a very sophisticated graphics editor and has a high learning curve to fully exploit it. However for basic editing, resizing, color enhancement, special effects fairly straight forward. Most of the experience will come with practice so just grab an image and start playing with the functions under the menus. There are a large number of tutorial sites out there.

Photoshop is a very complex software and mostly uesed for professional retouches etc. I work for some years with PhotoShop (Mac OSX) but till now not everything I anderstand - It's endless.
