90 day reporting

Featured Replies

Can anyone please clarify the 90 day reporting. My due date for reporting is 14th October so it was issued 90 days previous, I went out of the country on the 26th August and came back into Thailand on the 29th August. Is my 90 days reset on the 29th August or does the 14th October still stand. Thanks in advance

Your new reporting date is 90 days from date of return (that being day one).

Thanks for that and if I leave the country at the end of October and return on the 8th November will it start counting on the 8th November again. If so then in theory we can avoid the 90 day stamps if we leaving the country before the 90 days everytime.

As the name implies, you are to report whenever you stay in Thailand for 90 (uninterrupted) days. Whenever you leave and return, you start counting days again.
