New Kantary hotel to be built next to VT6

Featured Replies

New Kantary Hotel to be built next year on the whole big plot of land along ViewTalay 6 (VT6)

Should be a 2-building construction: 15 storeys on Beach Rd side, 28 storeys on 2nd Rd side.

First pictures of the project:

Thus the long-awaited VT6 sandwich will be complete.

sorry for necroing this thread, but how long had that plot of land been empty for, as those hardwood trees look a good age - say at least 30 years old.

I am quite sure this plot has never been "developed" since the age of the fishermen's village.

I visit Pattaya only since 2004 and always wondered about this empty space on one of the most valuable locations in Pattaya.

Here and there you find some info/speculation about this plot.

Who owns it? Who is rich enough to leave it empty?

It must be a multi million Dollar/Euro piece of land.
