Ace of Pop Posted July 29, 2015 Share Posted July 29, 2015 I like, love your last photo Ron ; Souvenirs, souvenirs ( it's also a song - 1960 - by Johnny Halliday a french rocker; song written by Cy Coben ) ; Another version Souvenir about summer 1976 in France; we had a very dry summer ; I was a trucker and every day we did between 800 and 1.000 km with our trucks with straw for Briton farmers ; ( 400 to 500 km empty lorry ) We had 14 raw straw on our lorries so the truck was 5,70 m high and cannot pass under telephone lines and many bridges over roads; we had to , sometimes , cross inside big towns even it was forbidden by the law; but the french government has paid all these little INCONVENIENCEs July 1976 , nearly 40 years ago ...
